By using GuanMaster you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Use of service

• Don't use the service for illegal activity or to harm the system
• Don't attempt to access another club's data without permission

2. Plans & payment

• 7-day free trial starts when you create an account — no credit card required
• Lifetime ฿59 charged as a single one-time payment — no recurring fees, no auto-renewal, no subsequent charges
• "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the GuanMaster service, not the buyer's lifetime. If we discontinue the service we will give at least 90 days' notice and provide an export tool for your data
• Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied — see the refund policy for details
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers

3. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100%. We may pause service for maintenance, with advance notice when possible.

4. Your content

Your club data (members, matches, stats) belongs to you. You're responsible for its accuracy and for getting consent from members to store their info.

5. Account termination

You can cancel your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer of liability

The service is provided "as-is". We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
