GuanMaster is sold as a free trial + one-time lifetime purchase. There are no recurring charges and no auto-renewal. This policy explains how refunds work.
1. Free trial
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. Decide on the lifetime purchase only when you're sure the product is the right fit.
2. Refund window for the lifetime purchase
- 100% refund within 7 days of a successful payment, no questions asked
- After 7 days we cannot issue refunds, except where required by applicable law
- Refunds are returned through the original payment method and typically clear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
3. How to request a refund
Submit a request through the contact form on the home page and include:
- The email address on your account
- Date and amount of the charge
- A short reason (optional within the 7-day window)
We reply within 2 business days and process the refund as soon as the charge is verified.
4. What "lifetime" means
"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the GuanMaster service, not the buyer's lifetime. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give at least 90 days' notice and provide an export tool for your club's data.
5. Special cases
- Extended downtime beyond a reasonable period: contact us for a prorated refund, even after the 7-day window
- Duplicate charges (accidental double payment): always refunded in full, no time limit
